Turn around and run the other direction! I have never worked for such a corrupt company. The managers think that labor laws don't apply because they're on the rez...and they get away with it because HR is complicit in it. They will tell you anything during the interview to get you to stay (talking about salary, housing, benefits), but don't believe it--they won't let you go on vacation (because they're always short-staffed), and the salary is just OK compared to market rates (but they won't give you a raise ever). The benefits are good (401k and health insurance), but it didn't make up for the abuse from the lazy, vindictive, uneducated bosses. The good employees are abused to the point of leaving and never make it into the exclusive clique of management, so the only people left are terrible employees and abusive managers and Commission Corp because they're trapped by their contract. So, please, do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else!
