Production Coordinator (Former Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – October 10, 2018
This company seems to impress at first glance, with the talk of being humble, and creative freedom that seems to be given to producers and editors with the videos that are produced, however much of that does said not remain to be the true nature of the work culture and what actually gets delivered to the clients. Upper management does not seem to allow those that have experience in film, tv and media production to be able to utilize their skills to the best of their ability. Producers do not have the creative freedom as it might seem, and the need to deliver about 20 videos a day, made everyone feel like the quality of their work was compromised. If you are experienced I would say look elsewhere, but if you are new to producing and want to get into commercial/ads and are willing to be molded to their way of creating videos this would be a great stepping stone company for you. I did however meet some amazing people through this job, so that is one plus! Salaries were also uneven and unfair in certain positions across departments.
