Tuesday Morning rewards employees that work for their pay. If you work hard you will get paid. I can vouch for that. It’s really up to your manager. You will get a 1% increase if you are a 1% employee.

Value your employees. I was a manager. I was called in when noone else would show up, worked 13 hrs a day most days, unloaded trucks by myself and was fast and efficient running merchandise to the floor. They got rid of me due to a lie. They know it was all lies but did not do the right thing and rehire me after getting rid of the lier. I would have stayed there forever. Doing the right thing is very hard for this corporation. Value your best employees.!

I was a keyholder and worked 10-13 hrs a day. Split shifts on Tuesdays after unloading the truck myself. I was called in to be on the register for 5-8 hrs on my days off. Some days i was the only employee in the store for hrs. And i worked open to close every sunday as the only manager on duty.
