CASAC Counselor (Current Employee) –  Tully, NYJune 24, 2018
Tully hill is constantly short staffed due to the high turnover of staff. Lowest paying facility in NY State for CASAC. Therefore they have non CASAC counselors that are not informed about addiction. CEO is not interested in quality of treatment for the patients or building a good staff. Constantly looking to fill many open positions Very negative work environment due to bad managers.

RN BSN (Former Employee) –  Tully, NYJune 1, 2017
Management and CEO need to think and take their employees into consideration. They are not valued as an asset to the cooperation. The charge nurse at the time was negative condescending and was unable to preform RN duties.

Excellent place for patients and staff to learn about recovery from alcohol and drugs.
LPN (Former Employee) –  Tully, NYFebruary 2, 2014
I learned that drug and alcohol abuse is a disease rather than a behavior. My coworkers were excellent and very caring individuals. The hardest part of the job is trying to make patients understand things they don't see because of their illness. The most enjoyable part of my job was going down to a meeting and seeing expatients receive a chip for their sobriety time.
Pros
They worked with me and I them regarding schedule changes.
Cons
