CASAC Counselor (Current Employee) – Tully, NY – June 24, 2018
Tully hill is constantly short staffed due to the high turnover of staff. Lowest paying facility in NY State for CASAC. Therefore they have non CASAC counselors that are not informed about addiction. CEO is not interested in quality of treatment for the patients or building a good staff. Constantly looking to fill many open positions Very negative work environment due to bad managers.
