Too many times management was changed. In 1 year at 1 location I had 5 managers. Everyone had their own ideas on how things could be better. My location served 3 towns. Tulsa, Bixby and Broken Arrow. My job was in the drive thru 7-4. I really enjoyed the hours and placement. New kid on the block from another location, which was hard to re establish. - more... Funny how each branch had their own village.... I enjoyed talking to the establish customers. Listening to their stories and meeting their grandchildren. I started buying dog friendly treats and dum dums for the kids. - less

Great Culture Fun Atmosphere Above Average Benefits Friendly Team Members Extensive Training Team members are great. Very positive and laid back atmosphere. Great benefits but the pay is on the low side. You get extensive training- classroom and hands on. No punishment for not meeting sales goals. Show Less
