I lived working there the people were great. The manager was helpful and patient. Would have really liked the job if I wasn't let go for a DISK Assessment. Had a bunch of ride alongs to help you see what it is really like in the field and know what your getting into after training.

Worst place I've worked which is why I'm looking elsewhere. You only get opportunities if management likes you. If you're new you most likely will never hit your bonus because of favoritism. All positive reviews are paid for by Tundraland. Don't believe them.

Lies are all I seem to experience here. "Promotions" are handed out like candy, it's not about what you know here it's about who you know. You will not be properly compensated for these "promotions." If they don't like you, you're out even if you're doing a great job. We had a manager who was awesome and motivated everyone. Well someone decided they didn't like them and they were let go. Ever since they left things took a turn for the worse. If you are not liked they WILL find a reason to get rid of you....it's like high school all over again. You can go somewhere else, make more money, and be much happier.

Working at Tundraland has been one of the biggest blessings for me. The entire staff is always so upbeat, positive, and optimistic. Collaboration is key at Tundraland, so communication is awesome within the organization. There’s a lot of opportunity for advancement since the company is constantly growing. I’ve never worked at an organization where the CEO has personally invited me to multiple meetings to ensure that I feel taken care of and respected, until I came to Tundraland. I’m so glad I made the change to work here and I can’t wait for my future in this business. The reviews that you see on indeed are 100% accurate. Tundraland genuinely cares about their employees and it’s evident in the company culture and the workplace mentality.
