Fun place to work until a crisis happens
Network Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMay 23, 2018
TuneIn is a great place to work most of the time but the management has a tendency to overstretch their position when a crisis happens. You feel that you are going to be blamed for something and you can't really do anything about it because you have VPs, Directors and Managers all looking at a small issue that they feel is a huge issue.

Very relaxed atmosphere and people who care about the product
Director of Content Support (Current Employee) –  Palo Alto, CAFebruary 25, 2016
I started with this company as the 7th employee and now there's well over a 100. Typical start-up freestyle culture. Everyone there stays hungry though and has achieved a great many things. Even now that there are over 100 people, its still a very close-knit family. I also love that management is completely transparent with everything going on. Its refreshing.
Pros
Free lunches, gym paid, 100% paid benefits
Cons
Not a whole lot of promotions going on
