Poor leadership and culture
The company culture of Tunstall (aka American Medical Alert) is very negative. Senior leadership is only concerned about their own egos and not the company mission, employee development and satisfaction, or improving the service being provided to customers (which has gone down the toilet). Employee evaluation seems pointless as there is rarely any follow-up - more... from managers or opportunity for meaningful raises or advancement, and decisions that need urgent actions, even for security concerns, take months or even YEARS because nobody is willing to take responsibility for anything.
