I have nothing negative to say about working for Turn5 Inc. It is a growth oriented company with a lot of positive energy. The company sets clear expectations for you, and gives you support to achieve them. Anyone with a solid work ethic and a good attitude will succeed here. You will not get a job here that will allow you time to sit on social media or on your phone, but that's what is part of why I like working here. I am surrounded with hard working and intelligent individuals which only serves to inspire and motivate me every day. The company also does a lot to prove it's appreciation for its employees in real ways.

Seems like a great place to work
Demand Planning Manager (Current Employee) –  Paoli, PAMarch 4, 2018
The focus at Turn5 should be a less about the fun, young work environment and more on the transparency of management's desired direction so teams can properly execute on the plan.
Pros
Free Lunch, Bowling Alley - FUN!
Cons
Little to no management transparency

They don’t want you if your over 30
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PAFebruary 23, 2018
You could have all the experience in the world that this company needs and wants. But, if your over 30 you’re not going to have your job long. Extremely judgmental and look down on you. The only thing this job is good for is a starter job. This place has cliques and if you don’t fit their “ trend “ you’ll be treated about average especially when you need help. Like I said good for a starter stay here a year and leave.
Pros
Casual dress and different shifts available
Cons
Work politics, bonus pay, and cliques

Great people but needs some work.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PAFebruary 9, 2018
Great people great management training could use some work but no training is perfect. I can not overstress the other reps you work with are great people and its a great job if u love to talk about cars but managers are hit or miss like anywhere else, floor manager is awsome was lucky to be right outside her door. My biggest complaint is that they bill and train u as a CS rep but then the thing they judge you on the most is sales, that was the biggest reason I choose not to come back after school. I'm not the best at sales and because of that there was no advancement opportunity for me. Hopefully I can return for a non CS job because it is a great company to work for just have to have the right job.
Pros
People you work with + pay
Cons
Long hours and sales driven advancement

I was able to flourish as a professional in my time at Turn5. The culture and people there really made a life-long impact on me personally as well. The Voudoris Brother will no doubt continue their success with the wonderful talent they have surrounded themselves with.

Productive & Fun place to work
SEO Marketing Intern (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PANovember 9, 2017
This is a great company. The people there are really nice. It is a very casual culture at Turn5. This allows for and encourages a relaxed environment for people to work. As a plus, there are fun games that the company holds for workers (horseshoes, bear pong & baggo). Overall awesome place to work!

Call center work with little room for advancement
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Malvern, PASeptember 27, 2017
Like any call center, there is a high employee turnover rate. Middle and upper management positions are limited, and options for career advancement are limited.

This is a good place to work if you are desperate for a job, or need something to do while looking for more gainful employment.

outbound department has stressful requirements with least pay out of entire company.
Outbound Associate (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PA 19355September 7, 2017
Company offers good benefits. Company did away with raises to implement bonus program that needs work. Harsh work environment with drastic temp. changes. Demanding work physically. Favoritism throughout departments.

The company was good to work for.
Returns Associate (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PAJune 27, 2017
My review of Turn 5 is that it is a good company to work. My typical day involved data entry, returns and exchanges, inventory and various other duties. There was room for advancement but the political culture needed to be appropriate.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Malvern, PAMay 12, 2017
Just about what you can expect from a call center. Depending on the department you choose there may or may not be room for advancement. On the call side it is all sales, on the service side it is harder to advance.

fun workplace
Tuning customer service specialist (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PAApril 4, 2017
The employees were a pleasure to work with. Hours worked were ok however, attendance by some employees were an issue. Not particularly a company issue but rather a hiring issue. Great place to start and potentially move up.

Good pay, Long days, Unfair grading
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PA 19355March 24, 2017
I loved working at Turn 5 it's the place to go if you love the Mustang ,F-150 or Jeep culture. The 4 days on 3 days off work schedule is good but the days do sometimes feel like they go on forever with only two 10 min breaks and one 30 min or 45 mins in the slow season lunches. The Job can become stressful i do not suggest it to anyone who get emotional or can't take someone insulting you. The way management grades every one weekly doesn't exactly feel fair since your grading as a employee depends on your sales per hour, how many sales you get and how long your call goes on for these are factors that are luck of the draw.
Pros
Pay, The culture
Cons
30 min lunch, 10 hour days, required VTO

- Pros : 3 days off each week. Free lunch 2x a week.

- Cons : Watch your back!

Great stepping stone job.
Contact Center (Former Employee) –  Malvern, PAApril 23, 2016
While this certainly is not a permanent job that anyone should aim for, it definitely is a good stepping stone. Great resume builder and not too horrible pay. The company throughly treats their employees well. If you do for them they'll do for you. However the work environment isn't the best. Could definitely be approved upon, however every workplace has its downs.

Fun and relaxed environment where every employee is seen as a friend not an acquaintance
Mustang & Jeep Wrangler Aftermarket Authority (Current Employee) –  Malvern, PAApril 5, 2016
A typical day at work starts by looking through the emails from the previous day. I check to see who emailed the company overnight with questions, comments, and/or concerns. Everyone in the company is a car enthusiast and knows the parts that are sold very well. When customers call in with inquiries, I take personal interest in each individual and their specific need diligently working with them to resolve their problems.
