If you have submitted via the Time Warner career login section, you can log into your profile, select Job Seeker Tools and select Resume/CV Manager. Under this you will be able to view your submissions. Be warned, if you change your change resume after submission you will be unable to view the status. If you have submitted via recruiter, follow up with the recruiter. Hope this helps.

Normal 40 hr work week. In my experiemce Turner has always encouraged a work/life balance. Additional hours should be expected during a project/feature deployment or if you work in finance.

Submit your budgets on time and correctly. As a suggestion for employee retention, assist employees with their professional goals, refrain from promoting employees to positions in which they are unqualified unless you tie training to their incentives and bonuses, communication is vital amongst teams and mostly importantly incorporate the feedback of your workers into your processes if your true intention is to make the process work.
