I feel worried. No union means no job security. Ive seen co workers get fired for ridiculous reasons. Unless your a favorite you can continue to do what others were fired for. Its sickening to the core.

The shifts are 8 hours here but technically it's a 10 hour day because of the bus ride you have to take to and from. I suggest if your considering employment here go to the upper class restaurants. The manager there is wonderful. Anywhere in the casino floor is awful and your treated like a number.

They have taken away any incentive they've ever given there. So no incentives and the insurance sucks now. big deductibles. No honest reason to do your best there as an employee. You won't get recognized for a job well done.
