I feel worried. No union means no job security. Ive seen co workers get fired for ridiculous reasons. Unless your a favorite you can continue to do what others were fired for. Its sickening to the core.

I feel underpaid , unappreciated and used. They use you and work you like a dog on their terms. then when they don't need you they spit you out. Grimy working conditions. This place needs a union.

It's a hassle .The bus situation is stressful in the morning. Buses are always late or not enough busses around which makes you late anyways. However this stress doesn't compare to the stress you'll endure inside the building.

It's a depressing smoke infested dungeon. The pay is horrible and cannot be compared to other casinos ( not owned by them). Tgey treat their employees just as bad as they treat the guests. When Monticello opens Turning Stone will be a shopping mall
