not a horrible place to work but there were problems i felt that needed addressing but would fall upon deaf ears

i learned alot about the gambling industry/customer..it was very different than any other customer i had encountered..management started out to be very active and caring but became uninterested, and unhelpful..the hardest part of the job was trying to deal with customers who were either drunk, incredibly angry about losing, or felt that after they lost and because they were a great customer that we should reimburse them..the most enjoyable part was some of my co workers and to be frank horse racing can be exciting

Very casual work environment, but poor executive communications and poor execution

Fast paced on-air driven Executive management is somewhat short-sighted with regard to revenue driven initiatives Enterprise IT support is dismal Relaxed but driven work culture. Fun Work place

Great place to work when considering environment. Your co-worker are great people to work alongside with. The only major drawback from this company is the pay is not that great.

Not a great workplace but could be

Opportunity to learn is limited by management giving way to territorial mentality. This causes a toxic workplace culture. No room to advance. Good employees are victims of poor management. Potential there if right management is there.
