TW Metals is very flexible regarding work schedules and considerate of their employees. I learned how inventory management and purchasing. Conservative workplace culture. Hardest part of the job is related to technical end for aerospace application. The most enjoyably part is the laid back atmosphere.

After clocking in you must get strait to your workplace. Breaks are scheduled in and all employees go on break at the same time. Since I has started here I have learned a lot more about what goes into the Boeing airplanes.
Taco truck comes by every Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Vending machines.

Worked here 24 years, trained in many aspects of company over the years. In the end the parent company merged us with a sister co. and added a third co. they changed management and it seemed they were preparing to sell the company business dropped off and most employees became unhappy. I decided to move on and went to hauling haz mat.
Excellent company who really put there employee's first.

Invoicing customers for shipped materials. Calling in local carriers for pickups. Contacting sales on shipments and deadlines. Preparing paper work for truck drivers. Organization of incoming materials. Checking material for scratches, dents, creases, adhesives. Double checking packed material for right part number and grade. Overseeing picking and packing. Training of all new employee.

They expect you to come in real early one morning and late the next morning will give you overtime on a Friday but than tell you leave early on a Monday. Does not recognize employees who has been there longer than other employees
