Depending upon each individual’s unique strengths, needs, and goals, treatment at Twelve Oaks Recovery Center may occur at one or more of the following levels of care:

• Medically monitored detoxification

• Residential inpatient treatment program

• Partial hospitalization program (PHP)

• Intensive outpatient program (IOP)

To ensure that individuals receive the most appropriate and effective care, Twelve Oaks also offers a variety of specialized treatment opportunities, including the following:

• Aspire program: For men and women who are struggling with both chemical dependency and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

• Operation Well-Being: For members of the U.S. military and veterans who are dealing with chemical dependency and PTSD

• Choices: For civilian military employees and family members of military members and veterans whose lives have been disrupted by addiction and trauma

• Resilience program: For individuals who need care for both chemical dependency and chronic pain

• Proclaim program: For those who wish to have the philosophies and practices of the Christian faith integrated into the recovery process
