They’ll lie to you from the recruiter to the CEO.
Driver (Former Employee) –  Texas and New MexicoDecember 12, 2018
Was trying to sign on as owner operator but was told my truck was too old. If you ain’t part of good old boy system, no chance in getting in as owner operator. Had seen older trucks that were being leased on.
Pros
Free housing
Cons
They’ll lie to you

Driver (Current Employee) –  West Texas and South TexasDecember 9, 2018
Great people to work with. Very focused on safety. Terrible equipment. Employees work well with each other. Positive environment to work in if you have integrity in all that you do! Pay is very low for hauling crude.
Pros
Great dispatchers, open door policy with managers, terrible equipment. Good housing
Cons
Too many days away from home for amount of pay.

Horrible place to work.
Company Driver (Former Employee) –  Gonzales, TXNovember 18, 2018
Equipment ran down. In their ads they say well maintained equipment more like thrown together equipment. If they get new equipment it's not for long they send them west. All drivers are treated different. They preach core values, and the company doesn't follow their own values. They will tell you they have a lot of work and then sit you you the next week because there is no oil. You ask months in advance to use your PTO time you accumulated (slowly) and terminal manager will not approve until a couple of days before the date you ask off. And then tell you no he can't let you off. If I could I would rate the job a 0. Expect to work 13 to 14 hrs a day.
Cons
Management, Equipment, atmosphere.

General Intern (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXOctober 19, 2017
Twin Eagle is a real team oriented firm, where everyone is willing to help everyone else. They truly believe in helping the firm overall over helping theirselves at the expense of their colleagues. Twin Eagle is not only a good company from a financial aspect but also believes in giving back to the community.

Small Company
Development Lead (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXFebruary 21, 2017
Company is not ready for large scale projects. They tried to get an IT department going but are in awe of sticker shock. No project over 10k would be considered something they could work on. Anything more than 10k is something the company cannot afford. Must be the sign of the times.

Working for a company that is not willing to spend money on technology will not be competitive and be out of business soon. The company is trying to keep cost low, perhaps to sell the company later.

Very Clique~
Power Trader (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXMarch 6, 2013
Company tends to run around and secure as many deals aquisitions as possible, without actually thinking how we will manage this in the end. "Getting the deal" is rated above all else
Pros
very professional business like
Cons
compensation is far below the norm
