I took my daughter for what turned out to be a group interview which seemed to me to be the manager giving the underage kids that work there a cliquish type of atmosphere and more decision power than I believe a group of 17-year-olds should have. That is one job that if a kid doesn't have "all the right stuff" they will never get. With the management being so weak it is probably for the best that she wasn't hired.
Upper management needs more guidance in enforcing standards, everything is all about making the customers happy, what about emphasizing on how well employees do their job and how they could do it better?... there is no recognition for anyone below “manager” level
Find faults in management and actually do something about it. Every single coworker of mine would dread going into work.

Visit the cones more often without notice and see how things look, see how it's ran, you'll be surprised at how we as employees are being told to do the job which is not what ought to be done
