Working at Two Maids was a decent experience! There would be some really dirty houses and picky customers but of course that comes with the job. Overall the coworkers and management when I worked there were very good. The management and office workers were flexible with our schedules and respected their employees. I do think there is a new owner and don't know how well they run the business now. You definitely need to be able to work in teams, since it is a partnered job. There will be times that you don't fit well with your partner and may have to communicate to management if you can't resolve the issue with them, but overall I got along with all my coworkers.

There’s a lot of drama there, no communication of problems other than telling the manager/boss your complaints. There’s also a VERY high turn over rate no one is ever there longer than 2 or 3 months.

Working for two maids has been a delight. The job itself is rewarding to see what you accomplished. The team is great. Management is great. I enjoy coming to work!

I currently work here but quitting very soon as soon as i find another job. The management is horrible. They make you feel bad for taking sick days. Their job posting says that they reward based off of performance, but they definitely reward based off favorites. They hardly ever honor your requests when you ask to be off early, even if you ask weeks in advanced. They won’t tell you or the clients if people you have worked with become sick with something like Covid-19 or even the flu. They stack houses onto your schedule with barely enough time to drive from one house to another and if you take too long at a house, they’ll tell you to skip your break/lunch just so we aren’t late or make anyone mad. No one at this company takes any responsibility or initiative to make sure their employees are being treated right. The mileage pay also isn’t worth it. It isn’t even within the states guidelines of what a company must pay in mileage reimbursement. It is too much wear and tear on your car and if something happens to your car while at a job, the company will not pay for it. Two Maids and a Mop does not care about their employees, only their money. It is not worth the stress to be apart of this company. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone.

I have been with my job for close to two years now. It is by far the most flexible job I have ever had. We also have a wonderful manager and owner. I am paid fairly for the work I do. It is an amazing job!
