Job is pretty easy. Some customers have really high expectations so asking more questions to make going into their homes easy from the first visit, would make my job easier
Stop giving client a discount right off the bat. If a first time client doesn’t want a proper cleaning the first time, they won’t be happy if we do less than what we need for their house to be deep cleaned. And discounting a job employees would already be making pennies on only makes their pay worse, and the customer more greedy. It’s a viscous cycle. I would also make sure that clients are top priority, but so are employees.
Actually pay people their earned wages.
I would make sure management is trained before being management and has more then a few years of experience in that department , you can have high level experience in all kinds of cleans but to manage and run an office is different.
Listen to my employees, not have a stressful environment, make sure management is trained before hiring. Etc
I am in charge and I put in a ton of time and effort to improve the operation for both the staff and the customers on a regular basis. We have a great culture and we continue to improve.
Better pay & better mileage pay.
I would get better management. No one there knows how to run a business
