At first, wonderful. I felt included and appreciated. Was showered with compliments and positive feedback on performance. After a few months, things drastically went downhill. Ranging from terrible pay to co workers and employer sharing my personal business amongst the office and discrimination. Job started costing me more than I was making.

Show up to work before they open then wait to be let in the back.... see if they assigned you a team then see what your homes are going to be. Sit for 30 minutes for a meating which you basically get yelled at for the day before in a non direct way. Then you leave for your houses, which you have to clean in less time then given all while making sure you get done fast enough to have the QC person come see if its to their liking to possibly get yelled at for either being slow or not perfect. To repeat untill ur done for the day. Head back to the office unload everything replace any supplies and go home.
