Good people to work with. Approachable and willing to assist new employees to learn their way of doing business. Flexible schedules and management work with you to solve any inconveniences.

Stay away. Just find something different.
Aircraft Worker (Former Employee) –  Kiln, MSJanuary 29, 2018
Really bad management exists here. The people are pretty friendly but I don't think site management cares that much for people. They just push us to get projects done early so they can pass on profits to site management. There is very little chance you will find yourself in a spot to have a fulfilling career. It's a dead end workplace. There are much better better places to work.
Pros
Its a job
Cons
Very little advancement, lack of privacy, low pay to give site management massive bonuses.

Poor management. Actually, I can't blame management. It was the work environment; specifically, co-workers and the client. The was an appearance of favoritism.

Tyonek Native Corp (Now M2 Services) was a really good job to work for. The only thing was, some of the supervisors like to micromanage unnecessarily but other than that everything else was great.

Okay company to work for
PROJECT MANAGER (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMFebruary 27, 2017
This company is okay to work for. The staff is friendly and the benefits are satisfactory. The upper management at the corporate level is satisfactory. The management level at the construction office lacks the experience to run the division properly.

Director of Operations Aircraft Corrosion Control (Former Employee) –  Robins AFB, GAFebruary 9, 2017
Busy place with high turnover adequate pay for responsibility. Putting in a lot of hours each week. Security manager needed to be removed well before he was and business development office is an overpaid out of control and useless organization within the company. They drive up the operating and overhead costs preventing contract bidding to be competitive.
The people who work in the local office are amazing. The command chain structure should have been logistical anf based on locality but instead you answer to a supervisor that has never met you and has no idea what goes on each day.
Upper management and business development do not talk to each other and communication above middle level management is poor.
The support personnel are some of the best people I have ever worked with.
Cons
high middle management turnover, very high upperlevel management turnover (ecxept a chosen few)

BUYER I (Former Employee) –  Madison, ALJanuary 3, 2017
The overall work environment was not bad. There were some really good people you worked with. Management was severely lacking and did not know how to lead by example. Supervisors and managers played favorites.

Horrible Place to Work
Confidential (Current Employee) –  Madison, ALAugust 20, 2016
Disorganized Government Contractor that is ran like a Commercial Company. Majority of employee's are inexperienced. Management meetings are a joke. Program Managers etc. do not have a clue on how to actually run Government Contracting Programs. Very surprised they win contracts and have not been closed down. Good ole boys network. Preferential treatment to longtime employee's, instead of skill level or work ethic. Majority of employees to include management are more consumed with gossiping, and backstabbing then they are with helping a company to excel. Benefits are terrible and too expensive. Overworked, underpaid and expected to work 50+ hours with no overtime, job security or compensation benefits. Infrastructure is a disaster, very unprofessional workplace.
Pros
Free coffee, decent bathrooms.
Cons
Unprofessional atmosphere, terrible benefits, unorganized, very cliquey.

Solid company; just disorganized & 60-84 hour work weeks
Machinist (Former Employee) –  Madison, ALOctober 27, 2015
Decent benefits, BC/BS insurance $25/pay period for single. Can't beat that. Could have more organization in process management instead of 'winging' it to get the job done. For production employees, mandatory 60-84 hour work weeks, 6-7 days a week is quote 'normal' for this place. Not good if you have a life outside of work. If you like overtime, and lots of it, this is the place for you. If not, keep looking.
Pros
Lunches provided occasionally, good health insurance & 401(k)
Cons
Long hours, 6-7 day work weeks, short breaks, lack of organization

AVIONICS TECHNICIAN (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLJanuary 14, 2015
The management hear views their employees as a means to an end an could care less about anyone personally. No room for advancement. Management uses the fear of losing your job as motivation. Money is good for the location is the only positive. Do not recommend unless you are desperate for a paycheck. Will suck the life out of you.

good pay and OT
sheet metal mechanic (Former Employee) –  NAS Jacksonville.October 14, 2014
This company is a JOKE. the supervisor, and program manager have their hand in everything, its a my way or the highway mentality. they dont care about employees, only lining the pockets of the native alaskan tribe. They trust the day to day operations to team leads that want to threaten your employment every chance they get. management bullies is what they should be called. This company has no on site HR and it is evident given the number of wrongful termination lawsuits they have faced. the overtime is mandatory, they wont say that they say if it is available you are expected to be there. Forget family or any other obligation you may have it is all about their bottom line. The pay is the only plus to this company, but the rest of the area is catching up with their rates,

pay

everything else

Structures Mechanic (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLOctober 14, 2014
It is a daily struggle with middle management, daily threats of being terminated, no solid contract data, the site supervisor, and program manager are hands in everything if it doesn't run their way (retired Navy, my way or the highway) they are quick to suspend or fire employees. There is no HR to department. The rules depend on who you are and how the rules can be used to the benefit of the company. Plenty of overtime, its mandatory, but they wont tell you that, they just say if it is available you are expected to put aside any family or other obligations and be at work. the company is a joke, as evidenced by the number of wrongful termination lawsuits they have lost.

H-60 Technician/Aircrew Member (Current Employee) –  Redstone Arsenal, ALFebruary 13, 2014
Good benefits, poor management. The job itself isn't hard at all, but trying to please QC and PC at the same time is impossible. Most management positions overstep their roles etc.
