You can wear what you want underneath your wet suit as long as it isnt dirty or smelly and follows their safety policy but it can get hot so definitely wear layers so you can take off things if it becomes too hot. You are given wet suits, goggles, hard hat, and then many layered PPE to keep any chemicals from ever touching your skin. They are super vigilant about your safety at all times. The work is extremely physical but if you are in decent shape you will do great. The people you work with are generally very helpful in showing you what and how to do the job. I have had a great experience with my supervisor too.
