Give stores with higher rental volume more hours for employees and better pay. Pay your GM's better wages. Stop hiring so many part time positions only and open more avenues for advancement in the company for those that stay dedicated to the job. Needs better annual raises and tangible benefits.

My main frustrations come from other co-workers who have been there longer and get a free pass at bad behavior.
Late to shifts, standing around not being proactive, actively avoiding work, and punching out early are all things I've witnessed on the job. The pay and hours for part time stagnates after your first six months and after that you're expected to tack on as many other skills and menial tasks as possible so they can run the store with the bare minimum people without compensation.
End of the month is h*ck on earth. Customers are stressed out and rude, and co-workers bumming around not actively keeping the store running adds fuel to the fire.
By no means is this the fault of the manager, rather the people this job attracts. Most of these kids have only worked one or two jobs before so they expect no consequence once their shift is done and they punch out without any thought as to the closing shift that comes after them.
