I feel like I don't even work there. Nobody ever gives me recognition for anything, not even when I move pallets and couches and mattresses by myself. I can't even remember the last time my boss has said anything to me. The first time they talked to me was to almost fire me. Storage gets treated like maids instead of respectable employees who hold the weight of the company on their backs. After all, storage is where most of Uhaul' s income comes from.

When you are hired you give them the days and hours that you are available to work and you are scheduled accordingly. During the offseason (Nov-April) hours will be fewer but still during your requested times. Just be aware that during peak season (May- Oct) you may be scheduled up to 38 hours per week as a part-time employee.

I once had a manager keep all of the Christmas bonuses to themself instead of distribute it to their employees, so I don't know how often those are a thing but I know that there's a chance you won't ever see it
