Aviation Non-Commissioned Officer/Team Lead/Crew Chief (Former Employee) –  South Carolina, virginia, alaska, iraq, georgia, afghanistanOctober 19, 2019
The army isnt for the weak hearted. long hours. always away from family. hurry up and wait is the motto. there are a lot of things to be done that are pointless. never organized. poor communication. incompetent leaders who are only there because of time in. im glad i got out.

Personnel And Operations Manager (Current Employee) –  Fort Bliss, TXOctober 19, 2019
The culture in the Army is very diverse which is a great thing. Learning different cultures to collaborate as a team is a great skill. The hardest part of the job are the deployments.
