You're swimming with big hitters here. Guys closing 5m a month, big construction deals, multi million dollar homes, etc. No place to be if you are used to swimming with small fish.

Horrible management within their fleet card department with a high turnover. Pay is okay for being a call center but there are reps that are expected to do more than others and don’t benefit from it.

Management is iffy depending on branch location, company culture is pretty good, very diverse and inclusive overall. DM's and above have little empathy for busy and understaffed branches. Advancement is possible if you're willing to sell your humanity in order to meet sales goals.

Company recently had to hire new employees and we’re unable to find any qualified candidates at the current paygrade. They moved the posting up one paygrade but refused to compensate any of the current employees any higher. This created a very uncomfortable situation where experienced employees were forced to train inexperienced employees who were being paid more than them.

Pay and training could have been better. Very little life/work balance. Great thing the bank wasn't open on Saturdays. Hardest part of the job was not being able to help out a customer quickly because of the lack of training. The most enjoyable part of the job was when we worked as a team to achieve a goal.
