A typical day would be coming into work in the afternoons, clocking in of course, checking emails, checking new updates that has posted and taking calls.
Customers are calling to check their accounts, ask questions on why fees were assessed and sometimes just call to talk or argue with you.
But not to worry, we have support groups from teams and amazing - more... managers to help.
I believe the hardest part about the job was the late hours and the pay.
