Commission is based on results, changes occur every year, based on value the company sets on devices and plans. Accessories are very important and are guaranteed money where plans require a 3 month span the customer must keep the account active. Commission quota is easily obtainable and trackable.

Don't stand over them and watch what they are doing. Stop micro managing employees. Treat everyone with respect. Follow the Dynamitic Organization that made this company once a great place to work. USCC setup the seating so the manager sits behind there subjects to see what they are working on.
