Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Knoxville, TN – June 15, 2013
By far the best call center I have yet worked for. I love the management for this company, they really care about you, they will do everything to help you...even the President of the company will visit from Chicago and talk to you like a real person. Co-workers are like family, everyone gets along and everyone acts mature. Lots and lots of change and now starting a sales goal that is relatively easy to reach and great quarterly bonuses. The worst part of this job is scheduling, you get a good amount of vacation/sick/personal but have fun trying to actually get it approved and not really much room to grow.
