Military-Like atmosphere. Special forces training in food safety. Training took 1 year by plan. Annual FDA Field recertification. Extremely challenging with narrow passing margin. No pass every year = fired. Tough special forces high bar. I obviously passed 15 times as evidenced by my 15 year employment. Low level of comradery. You are mostly on your own during all field inspections.
