I really loved working for ACL, the co workers handed you a helping hand with a smile, it was a pleasure getting up and getting ready to go to work with a group of loving people, I have experience in all the fields that I worked and the tasks were quite easy and non stressful. If I had the opportunity I would work there again, but only in a full time permanent position, because it was really hard leaving family as I called them.

This isn't the work environment for you if you started out in a corporate workplace. The federal government has its own way of getting the work done. If you are a go-getter, then I would recommend another industry. It's not a bad place to work, it was just a matter of different workplace philosophies.

Loved the fact that I was ensuring that individuals were benefits were protected by my making sure that health plans were complying with federal regulations and therefore providing the benefits to benediciaries. USDHS has many opportunities for young professionals to advance. I transferred from Department of Defense to USDHS for the promotion potenetial.

My initial job was to certify medical facilities in accordance with Medicare regulations. From there I was promoted and worked with various state governments on the enforcement of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

From 2012 to 2014, I was a Team Leader in charge of scheduling and tracking survey activity.

My experience working with Health and Human Services was a very pleasant and rewarding one. It was a fast paced environment but with a great team spirit,. Management worked hard to promote team effort and they often offered training and courses to enhance the employees' skills, and opportunities for career advancement. A very clean and pleasant envoronment. It was very pleaworking with my supervisor, the team spirit, and the comradary there.They also offered great benefits.
