I have enjoyed working here overall. My coworkers are great, and the work is plentiful. Issues are typical with government, a lot of red tape, lower salary overall. Wage increases are not high, and it is hard to be paid based on merit here as it depends on how much the DoD budget is agreed upon. Contracting makes getting materials and work done difficult.
