Yes, if you look at the USA jobs website under the Q&A section, there is a question that asks "DO YOU HIRE FELONS", the answer is yes they do. It explains that they will place you according to the type of felony you have. For example, if you have domestic violence charges, they will not place you in a position shipping or around weapons. Before you just give up or think you are not qualified, do some research, because there are jobs with the State, City and County that are also background friendly. Can't speak on something I know nothing of. Because people are screened on their applications before hired by companies. I don't think felons are what they search for. They have restrictions when doing background checks. If there's an "F" (felon) on the report, you don't get approved. Expressing my opinion..
