I was having to work 20 hours a DAY as a director to keep my people from drowning. One of my FA's that had 2 hospitals for a year was given 2 more because they would be busy then slow for no more money and the other two were 1 1/2 hours and we were short. Trust me when I tell you there is not enough space to tell you everything. BUT: they don't buy uniforms, Saturday is straight time without shift diff as it counts as a regular workday. if you travel even in corporate be prepared to pay out of pocket no corporate card just your own no matter the cost and for teammates that need to help out you must pay for them as well. None of this is bad, but none of it is told to you when you start. Also, the bonus they offer "sign on bonus" comes 1/2 pay 6 months after you start the other 1/2 after you have been there a year and you must stay for two years make sure you read what you're signing.
