Working at variant sometimes is confusing when your first hired on they tell you they have loads and then your sitting for 2 days or more they need to get different people working for them that can find loads they should have never removed the optimizer because loads are few and in between they tell you that when you first start working here that you would get 2500 to 3000 per week that's a lie s...

Nothing good to say about this company. When you call to report a problem, be prepared to talk to 3 or 4 different people and the worst thing is that most of them don't know what they are doing.

you have no life outside this job they over work you & under pay you they shortened you on your money their dispatches are rude & unprofessional and so is the supervisors they show favoritism in their drivers you work 6 days a week and only get paid $50 for holiday pay they are liars and manipulators.. DONT WORK THERE
