My husband is a P/T Supervisor. He rose from Preloader to this position in only 8 months. But, the work-life hours are completely insane and unacceptable. This is supposed to be part time, but he now works 6 days a week, anywhere from 10-12 hours every day. The start and end times constantly vary, so we can't plan around them. Was supposed to be from 2-10am. Last night he had to go in at 10:30pm after only a 3 hour nap!! Unhealthy!!
Horrible you never know what time your going into work or getting off and some of us have kids and familys and sport functions and no dads involved.
I don't mind being a seasonal driver helper
Not bad during peak season, but tend to go down quite a bit.
There are a variety of hours
Typical 6.5 to 8 hours daily
morning shift starting between 10am and 1pm depending on projected volume

More would be great, but even at 4 hours a day, you leave there completely exhausted and dehydrated

Working hours were very fair. I worked about 50 hours a week, which is pretty standard for that industry.
