No dress code,must dress with safety in mind,work shoes,and yes hat can be worn.

I think there was a dress code they but just let people wear whatever in there. For example we were all supposed to wear steel toe boots for safety reasons but they would let you slide if you decided to wear tennis shoes. On many occasions I even seen guys with the shirts off in the hub like it we was in the hood or something.
