Don’t blacklist a former employee trying to return to UPS at the same time. Give them opportunity to come by and make a difference within the company structure it will be good for the employee as well as a company employer don’t you think.
People make mistakes no doubt about it. If someone is love you Pse and will let an opportunity to come back to make things right extend the hand and opportunity for them to do so because I think the second time around it will be more mindful of the job and do it to the best of the ability of given the second opportunity!
In other words give them a chance to come back and start over again it will be good for the company as well as the individual opportunity to move forward and work as a team. Give that person a second chance to start over again!
