Follow through on advertised bonuses. Don't hire employees for only 1-3 hours per shift.

UPS underpays it's package handlers after 30 years. I worked for 6 years in 1988 to 1994 and I started off at $9 an hour. I felt I was underpaid then, and the pay has only increased $1 to $2 more over time. It requires unloading tractor trailers, extremely fast paced, attention to detail, 5 hours of work non-stop. Constant bending and lifting if both arms and legs.

The Supervisors need to maybe pay more attention to the workers, an letting them know when their jobs are over, instead of waiting till the shift is over, then tell the workers that were not needed no more..I feel like that is very unprofestional.
