Increase the pay for preloaders, double the pay for part time and full time supervisors, and REDUCE the hours!!

Mgt should make sure that union reqts are being followed to prevent written grievances and employees will be even more happier inspite of very physical work to meet deadlines each day for few hours to meet their targeted profit.

Make all available efforts to invest in employee. Development: although the onus truly belongs to individual for self-development, there was a time when workshops, training, and support were second-nature and part of Management building. It doesn’t seem to be the case at all anymore. Difficult to leave Operations, challenging to network...

UPS is about customers to get their profits. Employees really are not much of a priority. They preach safety methods sure yet it's slave labor. You get paid more to work sitting at a desk all day. Target and Wal-Mart pay is equivalent for much much less work and more hours. If you're not a driver you're going to struggle
