Upward mobility. Develop and promote from within and stop saying you didn’t find qualified candidates within the company. Also, if you already know who you’ve chosen for the open positions, don’t bother interviewing other candidates. Current managers should not block candidates from applying to open positions. At least let the manager with the open position decide, because they may have a different view or perspective. Just maybe.

-Give full-time to those that want it/have earned it. I was there for 6 years and they wouldn't give it to me because I wasn't the head of my household. Probably would have stayed if I had gotten it too.
-Treat your employees like people, not numbers.
