-Give full-time to those that want it/have earned it. I was there for 6 years and they wouldn't give it to me because I wasn't the head of my household. Probably would have stayed if I had gotten it too.
-Treat your employees like people, not numbers.

I worked for ups years ago and I'm shocked that they are still in business! You would figure everyone would know that's the worst place in the world to work. It's like communist China. Work at a panic pace, Dead tiered, and flat broke. You will flunk out of collage! Cause the suck the life out of anyone!

Follow through on advertised bonuses. Don't hire employees for only 1-3 hours per shift.
