The Supervisors need to maybe pay more attention to the workers, an letting them know when their jobs are over, instead of waiting till the shift is over, then tell the workers that were not needed no more..I feel like that is very unprofestional.

-Stop playing favorites.
-24hr notice of overtime.
-When my account is finished with work ask me if I want to get overtime or fulfill my time by helping other
accounts that are apparently not required to help outs.

Mgt should make sure that union reqts are being followed to prevent written grievances and employees will be even more happier inspite of very physical work to meet deadlines each day for few hours to meet their targeted profit.

Make all available efforts to invest in employee. Development: although the onus truly belongs to individual for self-development, there was a time when workshops, training, and support were second-nature and part of Management building. It doesn’t seem to be the case at all anymore. Difficult to leave Operations, challenging to network...
