Part time work

Working here was wasn’t worth it for me, if you want to become a driver it’s gonna take you years. If you have the time and can work 2 jobs then I suggest you wait it out. Only part time work and they work you.

Management is terrible.

Management is terrible. The union is terrible. There is no Human Resources at all. Management does not respond to any complaints of any kind. The worst company.

I was a part time supervisor there for 3 months. My job was terminated...

I was terminated because I missed 6 days in 3 months. 4 days were waiting on covid tests (before the rapid tests) which I brought the Dr's printed out results.The other 2 days we were told "you can put in to have this weekend off" and "unless you want the hours I'd put in for it because after this weekend we are working a lot"They treat their part time supervisors horribly and they make sure you know everyone is expendable.They constantly told us to try and fire people before they were there 60 days that way they weren't full time hires. I was so excited to work for this company, and had wanted to work there for a long time, then I saw how they treated people, I think only 1/4 of the part time supervisors hired around the time I was are still there.If you're trying to get hired on full time good luck, I was told by multiple full time supervisors that they were with UPS for 3-4 years before hired on full time.That's 3-4 years of having to have another job besides UPS to pay the bills, and that other job better be flexible around your UPS schedule

Confusing

No communication, lack of sympathy for employee, terrible terrible management. They have no idea how to run the business’s and it shows. The other supervisors are mean and don’t know how to supervise
