Seasonal Driver Assistant in Ashburn, VA

Everything is rather disorganized, and you will not know whether or not you are working that day until you get a call in the morning. This job will tire your mind and legs.

Mostly drop & hook, the scheduling is decent. The job is great on benefits and finances. Retirement benefits are very excellent. Will retire with the company at the age of 70
UPS Driver in Las Vegas, NV
on November 26, 2021
Working at UPS for a short amount of time has taught me many things. I started doing preload and eventually advanced to a driver position. However, when I became a driver I dont think I had ever been that stressed in my life ever before, it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, but just let it be known if you drive for UPS you will be worked to the bone. You will earn that paycheck. The money is definitely worth the job. However, theres a reason why UPS drivers have very high divorce rates. You will not have much time to be with your family. Full-time positions as a driver are craved due to this reason. HR had issues giving me paychecks too which was very frustrating. All in all not a bad career, very good career for someone who likes to work hard and be paid for it. In my case, I have family issues preventing me from giving 100% so its an ongoing battle.

Signed up for the job thinking they'd work with my school schedule. At first they were, but then they started making me stay later and later. getting in the way of school. They kind of force you to work overtime even if you have other things to do
