They didn’t hire me because I had a misdemeanor and my charge wasn’t 3 years old yet. But I know of others that got hired straight on and had more on their record than me and it hadn’t been 3 years for them either. They choose who they want. Blah!!!

I did a walk in for an interview, I was there for about 4 hours from start to finish. They will ask for a resume upon arrival and if you don’t have a hard copy, they ask that you email them one before the process begins. From there, they hand you an iPad to fill out some further questions. You then take a typing test, they judge you on time and errors from what I was told.
If you pass, you move to your first interview with a recruiter and they explain the details of the job, discuss compensation and ask you basic interview questions.
If the recruiter thinks you’re a good fit, you then move on to the hiring manager interview and I was asked me further questions about why I wanted to work for the company and why I thought I was a good fit.
At this point, If you get the job, the hiring manager will let you know.
Overall it was a great experience. The staff was fun and friendly and offered all of us who were waiting snacks and drinks of a few different occasions.
