Working as a ticket or gate agent, you were always face to face with the public. Working in this field of work, where travel is constantly changing the public can be very angry and rude.

Full autonomy to perform assigned task without any micro-managing. Supervisor treated me with the utmost respect and was always supportive of ideas I brought forward to enhance company productivity and economic success.

Great company to work for. Colleagues were terrific. Benefits were fabulous. Schedules could be tough, but that’s the only down side. I loved working there!

No longer in existence. This company ceased operations after merger with another firm. It was a good middle of the road airline. Poor middle management but strong leadership at the top.
