Good pay and benefits
Educational Technician (Former Employee) - Meridian, MS - November 20, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe hiring and training process is rigorous, but once you’re in, you’re in. It’s hard to get fired because they’re so short staffed. Lots of turnover. Good pay. Hard to advance career-wise.

Training opportunities provide growth and helps make eventual advancement more possible
Labor & Employee Relations Specialist (Former Employee) - Silverdale, WA - September 8, 2022
The work is demanding but interesting, never seems boring. Sometimes managers are looking over your shoulder too much, I'm able to independently get my work done, some managers are checking every little detail unnecessarily. But overall, it is a great place to work, great benefits, many paths to choose from to expand your career. AND you can take your experience and move on to other industries easily.
Pros
Health and other insurance Benefits
Cons
Some times overbearing managers
