If you were in charge, what would you do to make US Department of Labor a better place to work?
I would create an Agriculture program for all the people who would like to farm, all the people that make juices and pies and any goods that can make money for the Government to feed its self and stop food stamps for people that can work with out a disability issues take the money they would give them for house hold pay them for their work with the same food stamps for their rent clothes bills etc and in no time it will recycle over and over again and have a greenhouse saving effect to save lives and make people not dependent
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at US Department of Labor?
It can be stressful at times. DOL has too many entities reporting to it, so the potential to grow really depends on your smarts.

Maybe reform the regulations on the staff behavior for some of your contractors.
