But if you are seeking for a career advancement, at certain point you have to go and find something better related to your field. Other than that excellent people and managers. Decent benefits. I will definitely recommend this place for work.

The the cultural environment at the IRS is toxic. Opportunities for minorities are not easily accessible. The site is very cliquish. Individuals are given job opportunities based on friendships rather than their qualifications to hold the position.

Great Benefits and atmosphere is very cultural and inviting. No overload of work. Supervisors really listen. No complaints really. We could bring food and eat at our desks, even listen to music on your headphones.
