FinCEN, department of treasury help desk is a good place to start as a beginner. But if you are seeking for a career advancement, at certain point you have to go and find something better related to your field. Other than that excellent people and managers. Decent benefits. I will definitely recommend this place for work.

If you wish to excel in your career, you'll need to be related to someone in a position of authority. Merit doesn't matter. Excellent leaders are often replaced by fresh faces without any knowledge simply because the new employee had a relative or good buddy in the workplace, generally in a managerial spot. Don't look for emotional support in this work environment.

Pay and benefits is good, calls can be rude but some are pleasant. If you can stand big brother monitoring you when you go to bathroom or 1-2 mins over break (another memo) than this is place for you. If you fail calls, you can't telework. No additional training, just back in COVID office. Lots of OT but if fail calls you can't do it anymore. Weird because you still take calls your regular shift, again no more training. If you don't have PTO and late, you're AWOL, yet another memo! These memos affect your raise.
