A) This depends specifically on the role and department to which you are applying. Entry-level positions move quickly. You could interview one day then be hired and start the next day. Upper-level roles may take a few weeks. Departments will first have a phone interview, then face-to-face, involving on-site interviews with both the manager of the department then the director of that department.
B) On the sales side, there is a recruiting director who has set scheduled training for new hires.

Set a positive tone and be punctual! The office is a little hard to find, so give yourself plenty of time to get there, call up to the front desk, and arrive at your interview early and not frazzled. Being early sets a great first impression and being prepared will also earn you some kudos. Be sure to always bring a copy of your resume and cover letter.

Next, dress professionally for the interview. While the dress code, once hired, is business casual, please dress like a business professional. Ask a lot of questions so that you attain a complete understanding of the role and the department you’ll be working in.

Lastly, remember that the company seeks out agile, problem-solvers and team-players. Communicate your strengths and describe how and why you fit this description.
