Great co-workers. Mediocre management. I advanced easily and compensation and benefits are hard to beat.
Special Agent (Former Employee) - Raleigh, NC - January 27, 2022
I worked in a great sub-office and had wonderful co-workers. i didn't always have the best supervisors, but the majority of them were great. The work was very enjoyable for me. It was challenging and I learned something new every day. I advanced easily and the compensation and benefits were very good.
Pros
Benefits, Pay, Outlined Objectives
Cons
Some poor supervisors that did not support their staff, which is just about everywhere. Not all can be great.

Auditor (Former Employee) - Austin, TX - September 1, 2021
The only way to move up is to job hope. For some reason, they don't believe in raises so getting promoted to a position with more responsibility is a joke.
