Because the management lets the hyenas run the zoo. I sat next to a miserable person who poisoned the entire department but they let her stay on and the high turnover was the result. Just because someone has been there 20 years does not give them an excuse to treat people like trash. The expectations should be the same no matter how long someone has been there. They let the rancid employees poison the new ones. They should probably fire everybody and start over
