Standing all day at Wal-Mart and customers cussing you out about checking receipts. Also, officers were late to their shifts and getting off on time.
Most night shifts are 11p to 7a. You really can't start looking forward to getting off until around 7am. And that's if they plan on coming in.
Waiting for your check to arrive in the mail when it SHOULD have been direct deposited, whether or not it will be correct or short or ever even get to you; and subsequently not having money to buy food, medicine, etc. and wondering about the damage to your credit rating because you can't pay your bills. MAYBE some day this company will figure out that a timely and accurate payroll is just as important to the employee as showing up on time for your shift is to the company. But I doubt it.
Trying to work retail asset protection when you still have to be nice to the people who are obviously shoplifting, and there is not a whole lot you can actually do to stop them that won't get you fired (or worse - shot or knifed) instead.
Corrections of checks!
Not being paid correctly, hearing the drama and complaints on a daily basis. Mainly having to worry if your going to get out on time due to your fellow team mates not showing up to work.
