Inspecting property to make sure all locks are secure and facility is cleaned including tenant's restrooms. Daily bank deposits, checking all supplies and ordering supplies, as needed.
Showing potential new tenants storage areas for their personal and financial requirements. Making sure all tenants are happy with our services and taking time to make sure all their needs are met.
